Your bed ships vacuum-packed to keep it clean and compact. Unbox it, give it a good shake and fluff around the rim, and allow up to 48 hours for it to fully expand.

The whole bed is machine washable. Wash in cold water; do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Air-dry fully before use.

Which size should I choose?

L (30″) fits dogs up to 45 lbs; XL (36″) fits dogs up to 90 lbs. If your dog is between sizes, size up.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship with tracking. Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after shipping, and you’ll get a tracking number by email.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send it back.
